Annual Property Owner's Meetings
Meeting Attendance: In order to obtain a quorum, it is imperative that all property owners are represented at this meeting either in person or by proxy. For this reason, we ask that you complete the proxy you received in the newsletter if you are unsure you that you will be able to attend the meeting. If you do attend, your presence at the meeting will automatically void any proxy on record. You can give your proxy to any of the board members or to any member that is attending the meeting. If you would like a Board member to pick up your proxy, please call one of them before meeting date. By sending your proy in advance, you will be assured of a vote in the event something unforeseen prevents your attendance. This is your opportunity to ask questions on issues that concern you and your neighborhood. ******************* April, 2012 -The past year has been a very good one of our quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Prosperity and growth surrounds us as well as springs forth from within our community. SBEII simple deed restrictions, low cost fees and grass roots enforcement has worked to the benefit of its property owners. The new houses inside our neighborhood and the developments on our borders only enhance our day to day quality of life. Let us be vigilant against those outside our community who would seek to exploit our neighborhood to thier own benefit - at our expense. SBEII is a great place to call home. April, 2011 - The past year has been a very pleasant year in our neighborhood. The threat of losing our quiet neighborhood in the middle of this large city is always a constant concern but so far, so good. We continue to have new homes being built in our subdivision as well as new home construction in neighboring areas such as, Intown Homes on Hollister and McKean. Although we will all miss the unobstructed view of Spring Lake, we are fortunate to have a development of single family homes rather than apartments. These developments will serve to enhance our neighborhood and help maintain our property values. Wayne Hartman |
